Imori Katana :
Imori stands for alpine newt in Japanese, this handforged blade has no Bo-Hi (groove) traidtionally hand forged from 1045 carbon steel.
The fittings are black, decorated with the
golden newt. The handle wrapping is Katate Maki-Style (War/battle wrap) made of blue
cotton, with real ray skin is underlayed. Two mekugi (wood pegs)
fix the blade in the grip. The Imori Katana will be delivered in a
collector`s box.

Golden Flower Katana :
The Golden Flower Katana features an extraordinarily beautiful tsuba
which is based on an original, made in the 1700's. The tsuba has been intricately decorated
with golden cherry blossoms (sakura). The cherry blossom is one of the
most important symbols in Japanese culture, representing beauty and the transience of life. The katana is a folded steel blade with a fine hamon and has been tempered traditionally. In addition, the steel of the blade has been folded 12 times, creating 8000 layers which give's the sword a beautiful grain pattern (known as hada). The sharp blade features a bo-hi (groove) to reduce the total weight. The handle (tsuka) is made of wood, tightly wrapped with black cotton and real sam'e gawa (ray skin). The full tang is fixed with two bamboo pegs (mekugi). The scabbard (saya) is made of wood with deep black lacquer. This katana has been reproduced to original museum piece making it an exceptional addition to anyones collection. A free display box is included.

This fully hand forged Toral Katana features an 11 5/8th inch
double pinned blue wrapped tsuka (handle) with genuine sam'e (ray
skin). The antiqued copper tsuba displays a fearsome tiger ready to
pounce. The saya is a deep blue with blue lacquer. This
katana is hand forged from 1095 high carbon steel and is clay tempered
with a natural high polished hamon on the 27-inch fullered (Bo-hi)
blade. The Tora Katana is well suited for tameshigiri
and other forms of cutting exercises. A beautiful red silk bag is included. A free red silk style patterned bag is included free with this sword.

Noh Katana:
The tsuba of this katana features actors of the traditional Japanese
Noh-theatre, which originates from the 13th century and is still today
very popular. The Noh Katana has a handforged blade made of carbon steel with a fine hamon and has been tempered traditionally. The sharp blade features a hi (fuller) to reduce the total weight. The handle (tsuka) is made of wood, has been coated with real fish skin and features two menukis. In addition it has been traditionally wrapped in red cotton. The tang is especially long and fixed with two bamboo pegs (mekugi). The scabbard (saya) is made of wood and has a red high gloss finish. The blade collar (habaki) is made of brass. Arai Mizu Practical Katana Ronin Katana :
This fully hand forged Practical Katana features an 11 3/4th inch double
pinned brown cord wrapped tsuka (handle) with genuine same (ray skin).
The antiqued copper tsuba displays the turbulent waves of an oncoming
tsunami. The saya is a black on black textured pattern with brown cord
wrapping. This katana is hand forged 1095 high carbon steel and is clay
tempered with a natural high polished hamon on the 27 1/2 inch fullered
(Bo-hi) blade. The Arai Mizu Practical Katana is well suited for
tameshigiri and other forms of cutting exercises done by those with
proper training and supervision. A beautiful red silk travel bag is
